Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will visit North Bengal this week. According to Trinamool sources, the Chief Minister will visit Jalpaiguri on Tuesday afternoon, March 12. Jalpaiguri Trinamool District President Mahua Gop informed about the Chief Minister's visit on Sunday night. The Chief Minister will reach Jalpaiguri on March 12. She will stay in Uttarkanya on Tuesday night. After this she will go to Fulbari on Wednesday 13th March.
There is a government program at Videocon ground in Fulbari from where the Chief Minister will dedicate many government services to the common people. The crowd gathered at the rally of Trinamool Brigade. Trinamool leaders from various levels were present on the stage. TMC has announced its candidates for 42 Lok Sabha centers in Bengal for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
BJP had already announced its candidates for 20 seats in the state. This visit of the Chief Minister immediately after the announcement of the candidates is considered very important. The Chief Minister has been seen visiting the district several times in the last few weeks. She visited Medinipur last week. Earlier, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee had visited Purulia, Bankura and Jhargram.
